For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Senior Sales Specialist with Spanish or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish (Remote).

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Senior Sales Specialist with Spanish or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client onboarding and adoption of software solutions;
- Identify client needs and recommend software/app solutions to maximize value;
- Provide solutions to inquiries related to money transfer transactions or escalate as needed;
- Respond promptly with accurate information to client requests via phone, email, and chat;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business;
- Support sales growth by promoting product adoption and ongoing engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software or app sales, preferably in digital sales is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish, and very good English;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach;
- Comfortable engaging with clients across multiple channels;
- Familiarity with IT solutions, software implementation, and onboarding processes;
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales and client satisfaction targets.
