For one of our clients – a fast-expanding global fintech provider, offering businesses seamless international payments, risk management, trade finance, and API connectivity, we are looking for – Senior Sales Specialist – Fintech Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with senior team members, such as the Senior Sales Manager or Head of Desk,

to create new sales strategies;

• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, while cross-selling services to existing

accounts;

• Provide top-tier service to clients, ensuring a positive experience and retention;
• Regularly update the team and track progress on sales targets and client engagement;
• Stay informed on market dynamics and adapt solutions to meet client demands;
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships to foster business expansion.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or client relationship management within the financial services industry;
• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English with excellent communication abilities;
• Previous experience in B2B or client-facing roles is essential;
• Knowledge of the SME and Midcap industries is highly valued;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
• Previous experience in banking, forex, or fund management is a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to address client needs and solve problems

effectively.
