MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Coordinate gap analyses and monitoring of action plans for implementation of credit risk standards requirements in local documents and systems;
- Follow up on changes in credit related documentation;
- Participate in the execution of deep dives (collection and analysis of data on credit activities);
- Support internal stakeholders on credit risk related topics;
- Prepare draft advices and materials for consutation with management;
- Communication with local and group management and regulatory bodies;
- Communicate with stakeholders in the bank in relation to monitoring of credit risk limits and caps;
- Participate in the process of internal control scoring and reporting it to the group;
- Supporting the preparation of capital adequacy analyses and predictions.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Higher economic education or at least three completed years of study in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant area
- Knowledge of the credit process, credit products and macroeconomy
- Acquaintance with the regulatory framework (EBA Guidelines related credit activity)
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint (use of SQL is a plus)
- Very good command of English
- Analytical capabilities
