Main challenges:

• Meet both existing and prospective clients and negotiate the terms and conditions of potential factoring deals
• Maintenance and development/expansion of a trusted portfolio of corporate clients using factoring services
• Perform financial analysis and appraise the inherent risks related to factoring transactions
• Prepare factoring proposals
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for initial integration of approved factoring deal/s
• Daily Interaction with external and internal clients/colleagues ensuring timely & efficient service execution
• Performance of consistent actions inherent in relational functionality

The perfect Candidate has:

• University Degree in one of the Economics, Business Administration, Finance
• Sound business mind and proper understanding of corporate finances
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in one of the Corporate/SME banking/Leasing
• Good networking and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and good reading of finance documents
• Organizational skills and good level of attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Easy team integration backed by proper communication skills
• Self-motivated, autonomous and result-driven
