Key responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all franchisees and teams adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Manage quality reporting, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct detailed audits, analyze performance trends, and develop targeted action plans.
- Mentor underperforming teams, providing structured feedback and practical improvement strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, ensuring alignment with quality expectations.
- Optimize inspection schedules and resource allocation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead or support key projects focused on quality improvement and operational excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, resolve issues, and drive alignment on standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading quality audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or managing quality control or operations staff.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with reporting systems, dashboards, or quality management software.
- Similar experience in quality control or customer service role, service operations, or compliance (preferably in a franchise or multi-site environment).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills - able to interpret data and identify root causes.
- Exceptional organization and planning ability, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication.
- High proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets and professional correspondence.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
