What project we have for you:

The client is a global AdTech SaaS company providing one of the world’s largest digital advertising platforms. The platform enables brands to manage, automate, and optimize campaigns at scale, integrating creative production, media execution, and performance analytics into a single ecosystem. It manages nearly $5B in ad spend and supports 700+ global brands, including Walmart, FanDuel, L’Oréal, Warner Bros. Discovery, Nestlé, and Disney/ESPN. The platform empowers marketing teams to expand reach, drive creative excellence, and leverage data-driven insights across major digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile), ideally in SaaS or complex platform environments Proven track record of delivering end-to-end design solutions, from discovery through delivery and iteration Strong experience working with and evolving scalable design systems (components, tokens, documentation, governance) Solid expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, with the ability to translate insights into product decisions Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Hands-on experience creating key design artifacts: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to complex challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional teams Experience facilitating workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, co-creation, alignment sessions) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI) to enhance design workflows Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities:

Product Design & Ownership Own design solutions end-to-end, from problem definition to final delivery Design intuitive, scalable, and cohesive user experiences across features and product areas Produce high-quality interaction and visual design, including micro-interactions and edge cases Design Systems Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform Maintain and improve Figma libraries in alignment with engineering implementation Advocate for best practices in system usage and adoption Research & Problem Framing Plan and conduct user research to inform product decisions Synthesize insights and translate them into clear design directions and opportunities Validate solutions through testing and iteration

Collaboration & Communication

Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define, iterate, and deliver solutions Clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive shared understanding

Process & Strategy

Apply and adapt design processes across discovery, design, and delivery phases Contribute to product strategy through user-centered thinking and systems perspective Identify opportunities to improve workflows, user journeys, and cross-product consistency

Strong Plus

Experience mentoring designers or contributing to design culture Experience working with complex ecosystems or multi-product platforms Strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design practices
