Senior Presales Consultant – ERP, CRM, BI Solutions

You'll be joining a high-performing team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovative presales initiatives, translating business needs into smart solutions and supporting key client engagements across ERP, CRM, and BI business field.
Your daily mission will include:
- Analyze clients’ business requirements and design end-to-end architecture for software and hardware business solutions (ERP, CRM, BI).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Define functional solution scope and integration needs across various applications (both standard and custom).
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop Proof of Concept (PoC)projects .
- Support the sales process with expert knowledge on solutions and architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales role or as a solutions architect/senior consultant in business software (ERP, CRM, BI);
- In-depth knowledge of systems such as SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV
- Proven experience in solution architecture, including custom components and integrations.
- Solid understanding of business processes in key industries (finance, retail, manufacturing – discrete and process, professional services, etc.).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to map technology capabilities to tangible business value
- English proficiency – level B2 or higher
- Sales, presales or consultancy certification in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau.
- Experience in developing PoCs or working with RFP processes, including public procurement (PPA).
- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Proactiveness and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
