Are you ready to start your dream job?

We are looking for a Performance Video Creator / Editor (VSLs, UGC Ads, Social Media) for one of our clients – a company operating in the financial services sector.

We’re searching for highly creative performance video creators — not traditional editors. Our ideal candidates think like storytellers and producers: people who can read a script, instantly visualize it, select the perfect footage, and turn it into an emotionally charged, scroll-stopping video ad that converts.

You will help shape the creative direction of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, working with real budgets, real traffic, and fast performance feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience producing direct-response video ads, short VSLs, or UGC-style creatives for paid social.
  • A production mindset — directing the visual story, choosing footage, and crafting emotion through pacing, music, and structure.
  • Mastery of storytelling for conversion: hooking viewers in the first 3 seconds, building curiosity, triggering emotion, and driving action.
  • Ability to transform a script or brief into a cohesive, platform-native narrative.
  • Strong skills with AI-powered creative tools such as Sora 2, Arcads.ai, HeyGen, VEO3, Kaiber, ElevenLabs, Topaz, Waver 1.0, Midjourney, Sono, and more.
  • Confidence in blending AI footage, stock assets, and sound design to create authentic and emotionally resonant videos.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing principles (CTR, CVR, watch time).
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters and media buyers to iterate based on data.
  • Bonus: experience across multiple verticals (health, finance, e-commerce, lead gen, biz-opp).


Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit high-performing video ads and short VSLs optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Own the creative process — conceptualize, storyboard, source footage, edit, and refine.
  • Test multiple hooks, angles, and emotional tones per script.
  • Collaborate with the team to iterate quickly based on metrics and audience response.
  • Apply motion design, overlays, and captions to maintain engagement.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, pacing, and editing styles.
  • Build and maintain an internal library of high-performing creatives for rapid deployment.

  • Excellent visual taste, pacing intuition, and the ability to merge creativity with strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume testing environment.
