You play a critical role in driving operational excellence in our crypto services division, demanding agility and sharp problem-solving skills to navigate the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

You play a critical role in driving operational excellence in our crypto services division, demanding agility and sharp problem-solving skills to navigate the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization:
- Enhance operational process throughput to boost cost efficiency.
- Streamline processes for optimal workflow in crypto operations, improving resolution time for customers.
Financial Operations Support:
- Support other departments with daily reconciliation questions, especially regarding settlement with our Prime Broker.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team on capital efficiency, focusing on the availability of assets in our withdrawal wallet.
Customer Onboarding & Support:
- Ensure a streamlined, compliant onboarding process.
- Lead customer support to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate operational risks in crypto transactions, with a focus on blockchain transactions.
- Work closely with FCC and RRD to ensure regulatory alignment and adherence to best practices.
FAQ and Policy Management:
- Maintain and update internal and external FAQs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee the development and refinement of internal instructions and policies for FSR and Operations.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Provide insightful operational reports for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to guide strategic decisions and optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Experience in blockchain operations and knowledge of major blockchain assets.
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven and reliable, with a proven track record as a team player.
- Excitement about the digitalization potential of crypto.
- Positive mindset with a willingness to pioneer, promote good news and positive sentiment about crypto.
