Senior .NET Developer with German Language Skills (Healthcare Projects | Remote)

• Location: Bulgaria | Remote

In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of software solutions—particularly in the healthcare sector—working closely with our international clients to ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using .NET technologies
• Take ownership of planning, conceptualization, and implementation of complex software modules
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new and existing healthcare-related applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and apply best practices to ensure high code quality
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and team practices
• Support technological advancement within the team through proactive knowledge sharing

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Solid experience with .NET, C#, and related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework)
• Ideally, experience in healthcare IT or knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, GDPR in healthcare)
• Proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and modern web technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Fluent German and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
