DevriX is hiring a Senior Marketing Strategist to help shape, sell, and scale the future of B2B growth for high-value clients across the right go-to-market motions today. Your work will be a blend of consulting, multi-channel enablement, roadmap development with our portfolio of clients, as well as close collaboration internally with C-suite leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced role in a demanding environment, not a typical 9-to-6 corporate job. You will lead initiatives for and with ICPs, refining USPs and TAM forecasts, independently act on full-funnel architecture and solution design initiatives, staying on top of the wave of GTM opportunities (AI SEO, signal tracking, buyer-level identity account enrichment, LinkedIn thought leadership ads, expanding strategic partnerships with the leading B2B market SaaS, CRM, ERP providers, internal AI agent training for playbooks, etc.) The position requires extreme ownership – deep dives into revenue operations needs for global market leaders, seeking additional ideas through communities/dark social, orchestrating new tools to speed up execution and productizing delivery with templates, checklists, documentation, and Looms.Key Goals- Own integrated marketing strategy for 7 and 8-figure accounts, aligning paid, earned, and owned channels into a unified growth plan.
- Execute given assignments individually across strategic initiatives, running experiments, creating new workflows, and refining new playbooks in the works, ensuring the end-to-end delivery.
- Actively participate in discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops that translate business objectives into full-funnel initiatives, budgets, KPIs, and governance.
- Operate with marketing budget allocation, running scenarios for revenue optimization and ROI requirements (profit margins, MQLs, CAC/LTV, CAC payback periods).
- Present to marketing leadership and executive teams, adapting to their objectives and constraints, and defend recommendations with clear data storytelling.
- Mentor L1 & L2 marketers – review strategies, elevate channel plans, and instill an ownership mindset across the team.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with multiple champions per account, positioning DevriX as a long-term strategic partner rather than a replaceable vendor.
- Package insights into frameworks, dashboards, and narrative decks that drive clarity and action for both clients and internal execution teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contribute to new business pitches, and support agency thought leadership pieces and case studies;
- 7+ years in multi-channel marketing strategy, growth, or consulting for B2B SaaS, agency, or martech environments.
- Successful track record working on international accounts in highly competitive industries – including strategy co-creation, budget optimization, campaign oversight, and digital expansion.
- Deep expertise across 2 or more of: paid media, organic acquisition, lifecycle/email, partner/nearbound, analytics platforms, CRO, sales pages, HubSpot/Pardot – with a track record of integrating them into cohesive growth engines.
- Hands-on experience across the key channels – a self-starter able to execute, not just delegate and manage contractors or agencies.
- Proven success stories in a team environment – horizontally and across other departments and stepping up within a fast-paced on-site team.
- Clear, captivating communication in both English & Bulgarian; concisely simplifying strategies and translating features to benefits and outcomes for ICPs.
- Comfortable in creative and dynamic environments – shifting geopolitical and macroeconomic trends, upcoming GTM channels, adapting content and delivery across new channels (AI search or Reddit), mediums (to audio/video), hardware devices (smart home assistants or smart/AR glasses);
- Lead impactful initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth B2B clients across North America and Europe.
- Influence the future of martech solutions, internal products, and innovation initiatives at DevriX.
- Operate in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with full ownership over your initiatives.
