We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies to oversee and execute comprehensive manual testing processes for our software products to ensure the highest quality standards. Senior Manual QA Engineer will drive innovative test strategies and incorporate them into the development cycle within the Agile teams. This position collaborates with multiple teams to deliver excellence for all work items within Quality Assurance for software development and deployment helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to):

• Collaborate with Scrum teams to develop, review, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to facilitate resolution.
• Refining User Story requirements and parameters to identify inconsistencies or gaps in requirements and Providing the accurate estimates on scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in test case design, test execution, and defect management processes.
• Working with a QA Lead, QA Automation Engineers, and Manual QA testers in an Agile environment to ensure on-time delivery of tests committed. Participate in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution.
• Provide feedback on product usability, performance, and overall quality during the sprint cycles.
• Manage, mentor and support junior QA engineers by sharing best practices and providing guidance on testing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Willing to learn automation tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress or Playwright (if required).

Requirements Essential:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proven experience in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience with various types of testing such as functional, regression, system, and integration testing.
• High level of proficiency with Jira and Test Management tools, Xray Preferred.
• Proficient experience with SQL
• Fluent English written and communication skills
• At least 5+ years’ experience with manual testing

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Java based Selenium automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Java
• Experience with Trading
• Experience with testing of Wallet and Mobile apps
• Experience with testing various Mobile devices

Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
