What You Will Be Doing:
System Administration: Perform system configuration, software installation, updates, and patch management on Linux servers Virtualization Platform Management Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls, to protect server infrastructure High Availability: Load Balancer (HA/Proxy), Clusters Performance Optimization: Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance server efficiency Backup and Recovery: Set up and manage server backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity Automation: Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and other automation tools User Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls on Linux servers
This position requires the following:
Bachelor's degree in technical field Solid administration experience in Linux server environments Install, configure, and troubleshoot WEB servers (Apache2, Nginx, Tomcat) Experience with backups, restores and recovery models Database administration and configuration skills Experience in management of virtualization platforms Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Bash, Python, etc. Familiarity with security tools and protocols Troubleshooting complex problems experience and good organizational skills Teamwork & collaboration skills
