As a Java Developer, you will:
- Help rebuild and modernize a key hospital logistics and inventory system used across healthcare institutions globally.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and develop a new, reliable, and scalable SaaS platform.
- Take part in developing new features and improving system architecture to meet the growing needs of modern hospitals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to ensure high-quality results.
- Contribute to a clean, well-structured codebase and take part in regular reviews and improvement discussions.
- Support the transition from a an existing WinDev-based system to a modern, cloud-ready solution.
- Be involved in every stage of development—from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong Java skills with solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Deep experience with Spring or Quarkus frameworks
- Proficient with Git and platforms like GitLab or GitHub
- Solid knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL)
- Understanding of cloud-native principles and containerized deployments
- Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working in production environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Familiarity with Keycloak or similar IAM systems
- Exposure to frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- A curious, creative mindset with a drive to innovate—especially during our transition from WinDev to a modern tech stack
- Fixed working hours. (Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00).
