Senior IT Procurement Manager

What you will be doing - main responsibilities

For our IT procurement section, we need your expertise to continue achieving awards for best in class new products built on diverse IT solutions, by:

• Participating, supervising and coordinating the IT procurement activities aiming to optimize demand management and prices of the goods and services required by the Bank observing the internal processes and procedures;
• Interfacing with cross functional teams to assess current and future requirements and identify the best values propositions;
• Organizing and conducting tender procedures for IT equipment and software solutions;
• Monitoring and controlling expenditures and budget, pursuing procurement cost reduction opportunities;
• Negotiating contract terms, maintaining contract records;
• Maintaining records and files for all related documents pertaining to product cost, performance against standards, tender documentation, etc.;
• Maintaining database with all suppliers and approved terms for goods and services;
• Reporting KPIs and other ad-hoc reporting;
• Preparing presentations for management purposes to facilitate informed decisions.

What you will bring along:

• University degree in Economics/Finance/ IT or related;
• Strong background in procurement area in multinational companies or financial institutions;
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint – advanced Level;
• Communication and presentation skills in both English and Bulgarian.
