Position summary: This role is part of the Cybersecurity Architecture team situated in Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS).
Joining our Cybersecurity Architecture team as a Senior Security Architect, you will be responsible for managing the enterprise's security architecture, roadmaps, and security solutions. Your key role will involve serving as the technical lead for endpoint security tools, technologies, and configurations in a substantial, intricate, international enterprise.

Position summary: This role is part of the Cybersecurity Architecture team situated in Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS).
Joining our Cybersecurity Architecture team as a Senior Security Architect, you will be responsible for managing the enterprise's security architecture, roadmaps, and security solutions. Your key role will involve serving as the technical lead for endpoint security tools, technologies, and configurations in a substantial, intricate, international enterprise.
A day in the Life:
- Guide the technical direction of our EDR/XDR platform and associated technologies by developing roadmaps, evaluating progress opportunities, and exploring new tools and technologies.
- Work closely with both the Endpoint Services and Infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate cybersecurity related configurations and controls are applied to our diverse footprint of devices.
- Ensure information and events from the various tools is being used effectively to protect the security of the company’s technical environment.
- Work with other architects, engineers, and collaborators to enhance the overall security posture by serving as the primary consultant for security related matters within the endpoint space.
Keys to Success:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of EDR/XDR tools, especially CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Proficient knowledge in endpoint configuration management through applications like Active Directory Group Policies and Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with diverse operating systems across IT and OT landscapes, encompassing contemporary and traditional resources.
- Familiarity with different security frameworks, configuration recommendations such as the CIS Benchmarks and various cybersecurity related auditing controls and requirements.
- Experience with identity protection and operationalizing finds from various security tools.
- Ability to explain technical details to IT and business leadership with a focus on encouraging technical changes or investment where appropriate.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field. Equivalent work experience considered acceptable as well.
- Certifications not required, but encouraged: CISSP, or other security-related certifications a plus.
Required Experience:
- More than 5 years of practical experience working with endpoint security, associated tools, and technologies within IT and OT settings. Prior exposure to CrowdStrike is advantageous.
- Seasoned expertise in the supervision of endpoint configurations within a multifaceted setting with diverse regulatory prerequisites.
- Experience with cybersecurity level audits, audit requirements and ability to proactively ensure audit requirements are met for relevant configuration elements.
- Experience in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
