Senior Functional Safety Engineer for Automotive

Job Description

• Shaping the future : Our extensive customer portfolio essentially includes premium manufacturers.
• Taking on responsibility : Your tasks include as well as lead or active participation in risk analyzes, deriving safety concepts with close collaboration with the teams, coordinating requirements and results with customers, and coordinating additional measures in the project. Together with colleagues from system, software or hardware, you will derive the best solution for the entire product in terms of functional safety.
• Communicate in a networked manner : You are within the scope and for our customers competent contact person for the topic of functional safety. The intensive exchange with your team is of great importance here.

Qualifications

Personality : Analyzing, abstracting and communicating is one of your strengths.

• Working method : Systematic and independent work as well as working with customers gives you pleasure.
• Experience and know-how : Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in functional safety (ISO 26262). Participation in functional safety assessments and coordination of safety analyzes such as FTAs and FMEAs
• Qualification : Preferably, you can demonstrate knowledge in software or system development.
• Languages : Safe spoken and written English.
• Education : You have successfully completed a degree in engineering.
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license – at least B
