As a trusted partner to the Chief Accountant and senior leadership, you will take ownership of financial planning, performance analysis, and business insights that enable smarter, faster decisions across the company.
What you’ll do:
- Overseeing the monthly closing process for an international group of companies.
- Managing the group’s consolidation process and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Preparing complex financial reports and presentations for senior management and Directors.
- Conducting strategic data analysis to support economic decision-making across the company’s segments in the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Australia, Egypt, and beyond.
- Providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as operations, sales, and marketing.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance financial efficiency.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Mandatory proven experience in financial analysis, ideally with an accounting background - at least 5 years;
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset;
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills;
- Ability to communicate and present complex financial information;
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Readiness to shift focus and priorities according to business needs and projects.
