That is why we are opening a Senior Expert – Total Rewards & People Analytics role. The role acts as a key advisor to management on reward strategy, workforce cost optimization, and performance-driven people decisions.

- To design, connect, and evolve reward systems that link:
- performance
- productivity and quality
- labor cost
- and people motivation
- across Bulgaria and our international entities.
- Designing and maintaining grading structures, job architecture, and pay bands
- Building and improving bonus and variable pay models, linked to:
- productivity, quality, and efficiency
- attendance and operational metrics
- individual and team performance
- Structuring benefits packages by employee group and country
- Working with People & HR metrics:
- turnover, absenteeism, labor cost
- performance and engagement
- Identifying patterns, risks, and inconsistencies in reward outcomes
- Supporting HR process automation and HRIS development related to rewards
- Working closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and local HR teams
Strong fit if you:
- Have experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Controlling, or people cost analysis
- Think in models, logic, and cause–effect, not just policies
- Are comfortable working with operational data (not only white-collar environments)
- Can translate numbers into clear business recommendations
- Are curious, structured, and pragmatic
- Come from HR Operations / HRBP / Finance / Controlling
- Have worked with labor cost, performance data, or incentives
- Want to grow deeper into Total Rewards and People Analytics
- Have the right mindset, even if not every box is ticked yet
- Varna is the home base of the role

- Open to candidates based elsewhere in Bulgaria, with regular presence in Varna
