About the Role Join our Digital Products team at Eurobank Bulgaria and play a key role in the development, integration, and support of our card management systems. As a Senior Expert, you'll be part of a dynamic competence center that drives innovation in card products, services, and payment systems – both locally and internationally.

You’ll work at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our card systems are secure, high-performing, and compliant with international standards.

Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and implement functionalities in the card systems and related interfaces Support projects for implementation of new modules, features, and releases Ensure smooth support and troubleshooting in collaboration with internal teams and vendors Participate in certification processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor system performance and proactively optimize card application infrastructure Coordinate integration with national and international payment systems Prepare documentation for installations, upgrades, monitoring, and recovery Support testing activities – from unit to disaster recovery tests Act as a key liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders

What You Bring University degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Economics or related field 2+ years of experience in cards processing and payment systems Solid understanding of bank operations and regulations Knowledge of card payments schemes is an advantage Knowledge of Card Suite by Tietoevry card system or similar platforms is a strong advantage Fluent in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written) Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
