This position is at expert level and requires independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. The role combines financial control with contract and risk management, ensuring the protection of company interests and assets.

This position is at expert level and requires independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. The role combines financial control with contract and risk management, ensuring the protection of company interests and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all corporate insurance policies (property, liability, transport, warehouses, logistics, goods-in-transit, etc.) for the entities in Bulgaria and Romania – renewals, negotiations with insurers and brokers, claims administration.
- Set and release credit limits and perform control of client receivables – monitoring due dates of outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Control of client contracts – monitoring terms, annexes, renewals, and compliance with conditions.
- Check and assess new clients with regard to their financial reporting and in line with the internal credit policy; register new clients in the system.
- Prepare regular reports and provide financial reporting to management.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in contract control, credit risk and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and independence.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- English language – min. B2 level is required (Romanian is an advantage).
