We are currently looking for Senior E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and an overall seamless user experience.
• Analyze key e-commerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, customer behavior) and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation, positioning, and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing;
• Strong expertise in UX optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO);
• Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, KPIs, and growth strategies;
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms;
• Experience with custom platforms, email marketing, and design tools;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• A results-driven mindset with speed, precision, and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
