For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Senior Commercial Support Specialist with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Help Key Account Managers with creating and checking contracts, making sure everything

follows company rules;

• Keep contract data up to date and fix any issues, especially related to prices;
• Track how accounts are doing and quickly solve any problems that come up;
• Work closely with other teams to make sure contract terms are followed correctly;
• Spot and fix mistakes in pricing or contract details to keep things running smoothly;
• Take part in improving how the team works and making processes more efficient.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or similar work experience in admin or customer support;
• Careful and accurate when working with numbers and contract info;
• Basic understanding of how contracts work and what needs to be followed;
• Confident using MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP or CRM tools is a plus;
• Good communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken;
• Able to stay organized and manage several tasks without missing deadlines.
