Senior Change Management Specialist, IT Architecture and Policy Unit, Sofia
Contribution and key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management strategy
- Analyze, classify and report changes related to the Bank’s information systems
- Analyze the impact of changes on processes and technologies related to IT initiatives
- Develop and execute Change Management plans
- Coordinate actions with stakeholders (Business and IT management)
- Monitor the effectiveness of changes and identify risks associated with them
- Assess the impact of changes on processes and systems
- Work in close collaboration with Project Managers, IT Managers, and operational teams
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Change Management or a similar ITSM role
- Excellent knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Experience with ITSM tools and platforms – ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management (or similar)
- Skills in defining and tracking SLA, KPI, and operational metrics
- Experience in coordinating processes between different IT teams/departments and external vendors
- ITIL Foundation /ITIL 4 certification
- Working proficiency in English
- Strong teamwork skills
