Senior Category Buying Operations Lead
Key responsibilities for the role:
In this position, you will lead and manage buying category operations across international teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. Additionally, you will drive process improvement, automation, and KPI-based performance management. Working closely with Finance, IT, Logistics, and suppliers to align cross-functional operations and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution. Last but not least, you will coach and develop teams, turning underperforming areas into high-performing ones.

Senior Category Buying Operations Lead
Key responsibilities for the role:
In this position, you will lead and manage buying category operations across international teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. Additionally, you will drive process improvement, automation, and KPI-based performance management. Working closely with Finance, IT, Logistics, and suppliers to align cross-functional operations and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution. Last but not least, you will coach and develop teams, turning underperforming areas into high-performing ones.
Essential requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial experience in operations leadership (e-commerce, retail, fashion, supply chain, or SSC);
- Experience in managing large, multi-layer teams;
- Strong process-driven, KPI-focused experience;
- Ability to lead the change and to improve the performance of the teams;
- Data-driven working style with strong analytical and communication skills;
- Experience working with an ERP System, preferably SAP.
- Excellent command of the English language (B2+/ C1 level);
- Very competitive salary;
