As a Senior Business Process Consultant focusing on Quote-to-Order (Q2O), you will lead process transformation initiatives that simplify complexity, optimize efficiency, and deliver measurable business results across a global enterprise.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the analysis, reengineering, and optimization of Q2O business processes to improve efficiency and deliver measurable results.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, Product, Sales, and Operations, translating requirements into scalable process improvements.
• Define and document workflows, KPIs, and acceptance criteria aligned with enterprise standards.
• Create and groom user stories for Salesforce CPQ, SAP, ServiceNow, BI tools, and other enterprise systems.
• Facilitate process workshops and drive alignment and adoption across global teams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and process excellence frameworks to deliver incremental and transformational improvements.
• Act as a change leader, enabling the successful adoption of process and system improvements.
• Ensure measurable benefits through performance tracking, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, ideally within Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Order domains.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), Agile, and process excellence frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, and BI tools.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
• Self-driven mindset with a focus on cost optimization and operational excellence.
