Main responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal submission;
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication and pricing information;
• Prepares engineering justification for the implementation of individual projects;
• Prepares offers and quantity invoices;
• Creates and controls the schedule for the project implementation;
• Resource planning by developing construction schedules together with other experts;
• Participates in the preparation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers and monitors their implementation;
• Develops and prepares analyzes for unit prices;
• Inspection and control of the quality and quantity of the performed construction and installation works by sites;
• Prepares reports and documents necessary for internal company reporting;
• Coordinating with various teams, including procurement, technical, legal and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed;
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of contracts for facility constructions and assembly works.

We look for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• Previous experience in preparation of offers and quantity invoices;
• Proven experience using AutoCAD or PVSyst / PVSol;
• Very good knowledge of the processes and operations in planning, distribution, and control of different types of construction and installation works, as well as the technology of pricing and reporting;
• Excellent ability to read and understand technical and project documentation;
• Previous experience in the design and construction of photovoltaic systems will be considered a strong advantage;
• Opportunity for business trips to construction sites abroad;
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with team members and other internal groups;
