For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Senior B2B Support Consultant with Romanian or Spanish or Dutch or Slovenian.

For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Senior B2B Support Consultant with Romanian or Spanish or Dutch or Slovenian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, providing professional and timely support;
- Advise clients on financial matters and help them navigate relevant solutions;
- Provide hands-on technical guidance for devices such as laptops, tablets and etc.;
- Support clients with telecommunications services and troubleshoot common issues;
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges efficiently;
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute ideas to improve processes and service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B environment;
- Fluent in Romanian, Spanish, Dutch or Slovenian and very good English skills;
- Basic technical knowledge of devices;
- Understanding of financial concepts and ability to advise clients confidently;
- Familiarity with telecommunications services and solutions;
- Strong problem-solving skills, client-focused mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
