For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Senior B2B Support Consultant with Romanian or Spanish or Dutch or Slovenian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, providing professional and timely support;
• Advise clients on financial matters and help them navigate relevant solutions;
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for devices such as laptops, tablets and etc.;
• Support clients with telecommunications services and troubleshoot common issues;
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges efficiently;
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute ideas to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Fluent in Romanian, Spanish, Dutch or Slovenian and very good English skills;
• Basic technical knowledge of devices;
• Understanding of financial concepts and ability to advise clients confidently;
• Familiarity with telecommunications services and solutions;
• Strong problem-solving skills, client-focused mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
