We are looking for a seasoned AI engineer with a strong technology and consulting background to extend the AI/ML Practice. You will support presales activities, lead discovery workshops, shape architectures, build POCs and MVPs, and guide selected solutions into production with client teams, focusing on GenAI applications.
What you will deal with:
Drive the ideation, development, and execution of POCs and MVPs in GenAI and ML, demonstrating clear business impact Lead key client engagements from discovery workshops through production and continuous improvement, acting as team starter and technical advisor Design and build RAG and agent workflows including context engineering, tool use and routing Build service offerings and reusable accelerators for AI solutions, and support presales and proposals Run stakeholder workshops, align on value, and turn needs into clear, testable acceptance criteria Contribute to thought leadership by speaking at conferences, conducting webinars, and sharing best practices with the AI/ML community
What we expect from you:
Master or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in data science, AI or ML engineering with shipped GenAI applications Proficiency in Python and cloud AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines Practical knowledge of RAG and agentic workflows, with proven choices of tools based on performance, cost, and compliance needs Ability to outline context engineering choices - grounding sources, chunking approaches, retrieval strategies, and their trade-offs Strong experience with NLP; exposure to multimodal use cases is a plus Comfort switching between GenAI and traditional ML depending on project needs
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with document or image RAG, computer vision, or speech-to-text Domain exposure in automotive, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, finance, or telecom
