We are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of:

Senior Accountant

Primary accountabilities:

• Accounting of fixed assets and IFRS 16 leases;
• Аccounting of employee expenses incl. employee’s private use;
• Preparing of VAT Declaration;
• Checking of the accounting records (expenses) on a monthly basis, ensuring the correct VAT treatment;
• Supporting in preparation of Tax Return and Annual Financial Statements in accordance with local legislation;
• Communicate and provide information to tax authorities and auditors, tax audit preparation if any;
• Involved in implementation of new processes and developing of guidelines;
• Assists with monthly, quarterly and year end close.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation;
• SAP experience is an advantage;
• Equivalent experience in a large multi-national corporation;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
• Good command of English.
