We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for one of our clients – a company operating in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
· Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and business growth.
· Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client experiences.
· Prepare regular reports and gather feedback to improve services and meet client expectations.
· Conduct regular reviews to evaluate client success metrics and share insights with clients.
Requirements:
· Excellent command of English at C1 level (both written and spoken) – mandatory
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
· Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Experience in sales, client management, or financial services is a plus
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
