Scrum Master
Main responsibilities:
The person in this position is responsible for developing, coaching, and facilitating the Scrum Teams and guiding them through the Scrum process. In addition, you will work closely with the IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams. In addition, you will help the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of Scrum maturity and support the Agile Transformation process in the organization.

Scrum Master
Main responsibilities:
The person in this position is responsible for developing, coaching, and facilitating the Scrum Teams and guiding them through the Scrum process. Essential requirements for the role:
- Professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master;
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and other methodologies such as Kanban and Lean;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more of the following: Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
