SAP NetWeaver AS Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Monitor and prioritize customer tickets; perform timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct peer reviews of code and design.
Handle cases efficiently, delivering solutions that meet SAP product standards and performing appropriate testing.
Creation of test cases and execution of test automation of all testable backlogs; Execution of unit testing, integration testing, regression testing; fix identified issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis reports and plan for permanent solutions.
Document chronological activities and resolution summary and share internally; Coordinate customer and internal communications, including calls.
Root cause analysis and action plans for all Cases to eliminate reoccurring.
Meet all Case-related SLA’s and KPI’s.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in software development with Java EE.
Prior experience with SAP NetWeaver AS Java is considered a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills – listening, presenting, writing (formal & informal).
Self-motivated, curious, open-minded, resourceful, and quick to learn.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
