Must have requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (administration, configuration, or implementation)
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into clear technical specifications
- Experience acting as a business analyst or internal liaison, understanding operational needs and communicating them effectively
- Strong English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Background in ERP, CRM, or BI systems
- Experience with databases or a technical/IT educational background
- Previous project management experience, including coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the Salesforce implementation project
- Coordinate between Fantastico business units and external consulting teams to ensure requirements are properly defined and delivered
- Support internal end-user adoption through training and rollout activities
- Oversee ongoing support and manage change requests after implementation
