Must have requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (administration, configuration, or implementation)
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into clear technical specifications
• Experience acting as a business analyst or internal liaison, understanding operational needs and communicating them effectively
• Strong English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Niceto have / Advantages:

• Background in ERP, CRM, or BI systems
• Experience with databases or a technical/IT educational background
• Previous project management experience, including coordination between internal teams and external partners

Role responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the Salesforce implementation project
• Coordinate between Fantastico business units and external consulting teams to ensure requirements are properly defined and delivered
• Support internal end-user adoption through training and rollout activities
• Oversee ongoing support and manage change requests after implementation
