You Are The Uniter:

· Possess robust leadership skills, managing a team of Salesforce administrators across various projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. · Must possess very high levels of EQ. · Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that improve system functionality and operational efficiency. · Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and technologies, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions. · Direct strategic research initiatives, translate findings into actionable plans that align with business goals, and improve our Salesforce operations. · Ensure that the team implements effective testing practices throughout the development lifecycle of Salesforce projects. Oversee the development of test architectures and frameworks that ensure all new features, updates, and integrations meet rigorous standards for functionality, user experience, and security before going live. · Oversee the security management for the Salesforce environment, ensuring that all team members adhere to best practices and compliance regulations. · Prioritize the mitigation of technical debt by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regular review of system functionalities for relevance and efficiency. · Coordinate with the business units to schedule updates and manage large-scale maintenance activities that require minimal disruption to business operations. · Facilitate collaboration with other team leads to align Salesforce strategy with business goals. · Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective request handling. · Oversee the collaboration among Salesforce administrators, Project Managers, and key business stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce implementations enhance business processes and operational efficiency. · Masterfully delegate tasks and projects, balancing team strengths with workload demands to maintain high productivity and morale. · Lead mentorship programs and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. · Drive key decisions on project direction, resource allocation, and Salesforce platform enhancements in alignment with business objectives. · Ensure readiness and obtain full knowledge for all Salesforce releases ahead of time. · Maintain data integrity while monitoring our orgs health.

What Makes You Stand Out:

· 4+ years of previous experience in the same position, relevant admin, or CRM experience with Sales and Service clouds · Additional experience with Experience Cloud, and/or FSC, Knowledge, Slack, DE, Gen AI, Tableau
