We are looking for a Sales Trainer for one of our clients – a company operating in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees
• Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with business goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales trainer, coach, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
• Fluency in English (C1 level) – mandatory
• Experience in financial services is a plus
