Spirit of the Role: As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. You’ll combine strong people leadership with a data‑driven mindset, ensuring excellent customer experience while driving sustainable sales performance.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching others, improving processes, and translating strategy into daily execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping team performance, developing talent, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve how we sell.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Develop High‑Performing Teams
- Coach, motivate, and develop sales agents through regular feedback and performance conversations
- Identify high‑potential talent and support career growth through targeted coaching and development plans
- Clearly explain what drives your team’s performance using concise, data‑backed insights
- Drive Sales Performance & Quality:
- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Identify training needs and support the design and delivery of effective training programs
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards
- Own short‑term and long‑term KPIs for yourself and your team
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, ensuring delivery against client SLAs
- Improve efficiency of existing processes and procedures
- Track staffing needs and support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure operational activities are delivered on time and within budget
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal support teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Work closely with Legal and Safety teams to ensure compliance
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, staff, and external partners
- Participate actively in team meetings and broader operational initiatives
- 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience
- 3+ years of overall professional experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales, upselling, cross‑selling, telemarketing, ad sales, digital marketing, or relationship sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high‑performing teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Spanish
- Good level of English
