The Role: Sales Team Lead
As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Sales team to exceed goals and drive results. You’ll also work closely with leadership to improve performance, streamline workflows, and grow the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Set clear goals and deadlines for team members
- Provide regular feedback and hands-on coaching
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion
- Identify training and development needs
- Recognize and reward high performance
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Report directly to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process
- Continuously seek cost-effective and efficient work methods
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a senior sales role
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Google Sheets – must be comfortable with formulas, tracking, and reporting
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and performance
- Dialpad experience is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of data analysis, performance dashboards, and reporting tools
