Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to strengthen team of our client – a company with more than 10 years of expertise in the wine procurement and logistics. With their international network of experts, they provide customized sourcing solutions in the field. The company collaborates with some of the biggest global brands, while maintaining excellent relationships with smaller companies.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the vital link between the sales team and operational units. You’ll manage CRM systems, provide support, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and sales processes.
Key Responsibilites
· CRM Super-User: Administer, expand, and optimize our CRM system (Oddo). Develop new features based on user feedback and sales strategies.
· First-Level Support: Manage the ticket system, independently handle support requests, and delegate tasks to the relevant teams.
· Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, order statuses, and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing offers and contracts, and managing their delivery to clients.
· Order Management: Accurately record and process customer orders in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Maintain and update customer data.
Qualifications
· A business-related qualification and initial experience in a commercial role.
· Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
· A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
· Proven ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive manner.
· Fluency in English or German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
