For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Sales Support Consultant with Dutch or German or French or Hungarian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through outbound sales and upselling strategies;
• Conduct digital and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads;
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients;
• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions;
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales activity;
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, ideally in a digital environment;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, German, French, or Hungarian (C1);
• Solid English skills (B2 level) for internal communication;
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to increase revenue;
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and remote communication platforms;
• Able to work independently in a mid-level sales role.
