For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with German or Spanish or Arabic and English (Hybrid/Shifts).

For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with German or Spanish or Arabic and English (Hybrid/Shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume sales interactions via phone, email, video, and social media;
- Identify key contacts using tools like Sales Navigator and desk targets;
- Transition qualified leads to onboarding for further customer engagement;
- Monitor and report on sales performance daily, monthly, and quarterly;
- Follow up with prospects promptly and maintain regular communication;
- Track and update customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce);
- Actively drive prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German or Spanish or Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech or advertising;
- Strong track record in identifying and growing budget opportunities;
- Digital advertising knowledge is a plus;
- Skilled in competitive sales strategies and securing new business;
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas;
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
