For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for –Sales Specialist with German or French and English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B communication with clients via written and verbal channels;
• Support customers using a worldwide online payments system, handling online money

transfers and digital payment solutions;

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their accounts, transactions, and services;
• Provide accurate information about available products, features, and services;
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer additional services and solutions within the application;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients through a

consultative sales approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales and/or Customer Support within a BPO or similar environment

(both are a strong advantage);

• Excellent B2B communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Fluency in German or French (C1 level) and English;
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex queries professionally;
• Ability to work with online payment systems or financial platforms (experience is an advantage);
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
