YOUR ROLE:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information on our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice to help them choose the best product.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets set by the management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) is a must.
  • Еxperience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is also nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and negotiate in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • High level of motivation, enthusiasm, empathy and a positive attitude.
