You will be responsible for soft sales – calling customers who are interested in purchasing hearing aid product and have left their contact information. You will be organizing meetings between the customer and Sonova’s consultant and following up on those meetings.

What would you do on this role:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice to help them choose the best product.
- Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets set by the management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) is a must.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRMs will be considered as an advantage.
