SAMEDAY is a fast-growing courier company, a leader in locker deliveries (Easybox) and part of the international eMAG Group, operating across several European countries. In connection with our large-scale business expansion and the upcoming opening of a new, high-tech logistics hub, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our sales team.

We're looking for a person of action! You won't just be an "offer narrator." We're looking for a salesperson who knows how to negotiate, create value, and sell logistics strategies that save money and optimize the processes of online retailers.

What will you do?

  • Active New Business Acquisition (Hunting): Proactively identify and attract potential B2B clients in the e-commerce sector.
  • Consultative Sales: Selling our key advantages – cost optimization through the Easybox network and cross-border solutions (Bulgaria and Romania).
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: From first contact, through organizing meetings (in-person and/or online), to directly closing the deal.
  • Analysis and Planning: Managing the sales pipeline, organizing the work schedule, and tracking the integration stages of new clients.
  • Teamwork: Providing internal collaboration between departments (Operations and Integrations) for a smooth partner onboarding.


We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 1 (one) year of experience in active B2B service sales (experience in logistics or the e-commerce sector is a significant advantage).
  • A strong Hunter mentality – assertiveness, resilience against objections, and a focus on closing deals, not just sending emails.
  • Analytical thinking – the ability to work with numbers and data to mathematically prove the profitability of the service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English language – working level proficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel).
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time (Driver's License, Category "B").

Remunuration & Benefits:

  • Salary: €1,250 – €1,350 net
  • Bonus: up to €500 net per month
