Sales Representative for the Balkans and Southern Europe
Devorex PLC is a well-established international company, a leader in the production of roof drainage systems with more than 20 years of experience.
In connection with our expansion strategy, we are looking to hire a Sales Representative for the Balkans and Southern Europe.

In connection with our expansion strategy, we are looking to hire a Sales Representative for the Balkans and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a new partner network by visiting potential customers, presenting and selling the products from the company's portfolio.
- Maintain strong long-lasting relationships with current customers by analyzing the results and taking appropriate measures to develop the assigned region in accordance with the company's commercial policy.
- Contribute to the development of promotional and marketing plans and monitor their implementation.
- Research and gather market information. Monitor market trends, customer needs, pricing developments and competitor activities, as well as emerging opportunities.
- Achieve goals set by company's management.
- Strong business and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, highly organized, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analysis tools
- Foreign language proficiency / English or Greek /
- Strong teamwork skills
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to travel
- Active driver with a clean driving license, category B
- Knowledge and previous experience in the fields of water management or construction materials trade will be considered an advantage.
