DSV - Global transport and logistics

DSV Road Bulgaria is looking for a sales representative to join and strengthen our local Haulier Procurement team by expanding the company's portfolio of subcontractors (hauliers).

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, qualify & prioritize new sales opportunities for DSV Haulier Procurement;
• Conduct extensive research to address target market opportunities and prepare executive summaries to support the end-to-end process;
• Perform research to generate leads and establish the first contact with prospective subcontractor by phone, email, social media, etc., including travelling and meeting them face-to-face whenever possible;
• Develop business proposals and negotiates their implementation;
• Maintain and grow sustainable relationships with current and prospective hauliers;
• Partner with our business managers to perfect our value proposition and pitch to new hauliers;
• Proactive problem solving when issues arise.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of the transport business;
• Proven experience in sales or/and in similar job;
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the business;
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others;
• Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
