Job Overview:

At Fantastic Services, our success starts with our amazing sales team. We’re looking for a friendly, driven, and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers.

If you excel at building relationships, listening to customer needs, and turning inquiries into sales, while enjoying an unlimited bonus – the more you book, the more you earn, this is your chance to make a real impact!

What you’ll do:

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers.
  • Provide clear and engaging information about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Handle questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process orders and update customer information in our database.
  • Follow up with customers where needed to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets through excellent service and consultative selling.
  • Stay up to date on our services, offers, and policies to give accurate advice.

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, balanced with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence, positivity, and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
  • A passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships.
