Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of selling our services.
- Answering calls to maximize each conversation and lead to a booking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services to potential customers.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the CRM system.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in phone sales.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
