We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Quality Control Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a crucial role in ensuring quality and excellence in our customer interactions.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Hybrid - 3 days-in office
Contract type: Labor contract with Stratos Support EAD

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Quality Control Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a crucial role in ensuring quality and excellence in our customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance in Communications: Analyze all calls made by our representatives to ensure they meet internal and external standards, providing constructive feedback on how to improve.
- Continuous Training: Provide regular guidance and training to representatives on best practices for optimizing customer interactions.
- Analysis and Reporting: Deliver detailed reports on overall performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to implement changes based on received feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving internal processes related to customer service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in quality control, training, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales, Customer Support in the CFD, Stocks industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks effectively.
Additional Advantages:
- Previous experience working with CRM like Salesforce or similar platforms related to customer service quality.
